Implementing Partner: Build Change

Mountain regions face steep infrastructure costs due to remoteness, harsh weather, and rugged terrain, exacerbated by insufficient risk-informed planning.

CDRI’s Mountain Resilience Programme promotes sustainable, people-centric infrastructure across Asia, Latin America, Europe, and Africa.

It advocates for strengthening disaster resilience to protect lives and livelihoods, fosters global collaboration for improved risk data and innovation, and provides an international platform for climate adaptation, knowledge exchange, and capacity-building in mountain communities.
