Global Infrastructure Resilience Report Edition 1

Implementing Partner: Build Change

Project Name:Research: Global Infrastructure Resilience Report Edition 1

CDRI’s First Report on Global Infrastructure Resilience (October 2023) fills a critical gap in infrastructure resilience discourse, presenting a strong economic, financial, and political case for prioritizing resilient investments.

It leverages data from the Global Infrastructure Risk Model & Resilience Index (GIRI), the first fully probabilistic global infrastructure risk assessment, and explores financing resilient infrastructure and Nature-based Infrastructure Solutions (NbIS).

Its findings have guided policymakers and financial institutions, especially in developing countries, toward urgent action, reinforcing CDRI’s mandate towards resilient infrastructure.
